I,Frank kunte Esq. here to as solicitor to late Engineer Martins Omar,a Turkish national on his behalf request you to be his next of kin.
Engineer Martins Omar, a rich Oil Contractor here in Bakassi Cameroun was my client for over 15years, Bakassi is a rich oil region in the Republic of Cameroun. Engineer Omar died of heart attack in a private Hospital in Cote de Ivore in 29th July, 1999. But before the death of my clients, he informed me that he had a fixed deposit of ($12.5M) in a bank in Cote de Ivore for Investment in Softwares in the future for his family.
I have been under pressure from the bank four years after the death of my clients to provide the particulars of his next of kin to enable them transfer the $12.5M in his fixed deposit account to his next of kin. In this regard after unsuccessful attempt to locate his next of kin I seek your permission to use your name as the next of kin to let Engineer Martins Omar to enable us claim the funds.Be it as it may all the procedures to realise this transaction will be legally done in the high court of justice, and it is at no risk to you or the bank.
Sharing
The funds would be shares thus;
1. You as the Next of kin and the Account owner would entitle to 20% of the total funds transferred.
2. 70%for us
3. 10% for our expenses.
